Check out the What to Expect link for a detailed breakdown of the Root Cause Therapy (RCT) process, including what happens before, during, and after your sessions. It covers everything from how we identify and release limiting beliefs to the steps we take to track your progress.

What can I expect after a session?

Everyone’s post-session experience is unique, and there’s no single answer to what you might feel afterward. Your journey is as individual as your life experiences, and how your body processes the energy will unfold naturally when the time comes.

That said, some common experiences include:

  • Feeling lightheaded or disoriented
  • Feeling either energized or tired
  • Emotional releases, such as crying, laughter, or even anger
  • Changes in your breathing patterns
  • Detoxification effects, like nausea, changes in bowel movements, or headaches
  • Greater awareness of your body and emotions
  • Areas of ease or discomfort

It’s important to note that your body may continue to process and release over the next day—or even longer—depending on its ability to integrate the shifts that occurred during and after the session

How Long Should I Have Between Sessions?

  • It varies from person to person.
  • The first two sessions can be scheduled close together if needed.
  • Afterward, it’s recommended to wait at least a week between sessions.
  • Listen to your body and adjust the timing based on how you feel and process each session.

Why are some sessions 1 hour and other are 2 hours?

In our first meeting, which typically lasts 2 hours, we’ll take time to connect, discuss your goals, and explore the changes and relief you’re seeking. The intake process includes building trust, introducing muscle testing to uncover limiting beliefs, and collaboratively identifying key areas to focus on in future sessions.

Subsequent sessions are designed to suit your unique healing journey, lasting either 1 hour or 1.5 hours, depending on what feels comfortable and supportive for you. This flexible, personalized approach ensures we move at a pace that aligns with your needs, fostering a safe and nurturing environment as we navigate your transformative healing journey together.

Can children have a session?

Yes, I can work with children. For those aged 2 to 12, parental or guardian consent is required. For children aged 12 to 21, it’s essential that they are open and willing to engage in the sessions; without this openness, the process may not be effective.

Root Cause Therapy for children differs from the approach used with adults. The sessions are adapted to suit their age, needs, and comfort level, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for their healing journey.

Should I Use Alternative Medicine?

The decision is entirely yours. Alternative medicine offers a holistic approach that can complement conventional treatments by addressing the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected parts of your well-being. Many people find it helpful for relieving ailments and improving overall health.

It's important to consult with healthcare professionals to determine the best approach for your unique needs. By integrating alternative therapies with conventional care, you may achieve a more balanced and comprehensive path to healing and wellness.
